Golf

The Rossland/Trail region is quickly becoming recognized as a spectacular golfing destination. Golf has been a part of the Rossland/Trail summer life since the 1920's when the original nine hole Rossland municipal course was constructed by mining company Teck Cominco in the valley below Rossland. The turn of the millenium saw an ownership change at the Rossland course and the expansion of the nine hole course into a scenic and adventurous 18 hole Les Furber designed championship course complete with resort and residential development providing a sought after mountain golf experience.

Located alongside the mighty columbia river just north of Trail the Rossland Trail Country Club provides a  riverside, valley championship 18 hole course offering a contrasting style of play to Redstone Resort.
